“Juno Hair is one of South Korea’s most recognized premium salon chains, frequently topping national brand power rankings. It’s my go-to whenever I visit Korea and want to treat my scalp and hair to a relaxing spa experience.
There are two Juno Hair branches near the InterContinental Parnas Hotel — I’ve previously visited the one near Starfield Library several times for head spas, coloring, and trims. This time, we tried the Juno Hair at the COEX City Airport branch for the first time, and the experience was excellent.
The hairstylists were professional, friendly, and some spoke good English, which made communication smooth. We both enjoyed the head spa, and I also did root coloring while my partner got a haircut. The staff patiently explained our scalp and hair conditions using ChatGPT, which was a unique and informative touch.
Given the number of treatments we received, the total price was very reasonable — similar to just one head spa session at other salons in the city. Highly recommended if you’re looking to pamper your hair and scalp or simply refresh your look before traveling.

Even though there was a small language barrier, they kindly used a translator, and some staff also spoke very good English, which made everything easy.
While I was having my head massage, they were so kind and even looked after my son. Victory recommended a hairstyle that suited my son too, and we were both very happy with the results. They also thoughtfully offered me a phone charger before I even asked, which was such a nice and caring touch.
I am 100% satisfied with their service. Both my son and I left feeling happy. Highly recommend this place!”
